Daniela Kura:
Hey Joyce, I had a little moment of inspiration. I know this is your last week with me before you go on maternity leave, and I’m getting a bit emotional because I really loved working with you, even though it was short.
I felt the love you put into your work. I was just making some stories about the Cyclical Movement Program, and it reminded me how you pushed me through it. Maybe you didn’t even realize it, but you played a big part in why that program exists now.
I want to thank you so much for everything you’ve done for the Kura Company and for the women. Because in the end, it’s all about serving our clients the best way possible, making sure everyone is empowered in their role.
Please take this with you: your work matters. What you do is so important. Without you—and without the team, but especially right now, without you—I wouldn’t have been able to do so many things. I was so frustrated and overwhelmed with my previous team.
Then you came in with fresh energy, asking lots of questions—it was such a relief. Maybe this is a bit of a long message, but what it really comes down to is: thank you. Thank you for your dedication, for who you are as a person, for the work you do, and the love you put into it.
Just know that I’m truly grateful and that I think you did an amazing job. You were always so open—it honestly brought me to tears. I’ll never forget how you went and Googled how to work with someone with ADHD.
I felt so seen when you said that—so loved and so supported. So truly, from the bottom of my heart: thank you. I’m absolutely going to miss you.
